Welcome to Busselton Pavilion where we celebrate the best of the South West in a space as diverse as the region itself.

At its heart is The Pav, a relaxed gastro pub featuring a classic menu with a side serve of Down South. We love local seafood and produce, and there’s something special for the little ones, too.

Our drinks menu pays tribute to the best of the local beer and wine scene - continuously rotating to keep things interesting.

In our boutique South West Wine Shop and wine bar we celebrate the region with a daily pour menu. Meanwhile, sailing the seas between Germany and Busselton, our distillery is en route, soon with its own story to tell. Can’t wait to make you a house G&T soon.
